The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world of work has been far-reaching. It’s changed the way we work, and significantly narrowed the number of developmental roles and experiences on offer to those in the early stages of their careers. In 2021, Specsavers set out to address this.

The New Talent Programme not only enabled them to give something back to the UK job market, but also helped create a pool of talent that would play a crucial role in their future growth as a business. And, for 2022, they wanted to go even bigger.

The answer? See What’s Possible ...an engaging, exciting, and empowering campaign; one that encouraged candidates to uncover their true capabilities, discover the impact they could have at Specsavers, and explore everything the New Talent Programme had to offer.

How did we do it? By adopting a multi-channel approach, and using declared data to carefully tailor our messaging and content for each subset of our target audience. This was rolled-out through a social content series, competition, LinkedIn live event, microsite, print ads and a campaign film.
