What began as delivering an EVP (Employer Value Proposition) for Devon County Council quickly grew into a five-year creative partnership. Together, we tackled diverse projects, from D&I initiatives to recruitment campaigns for specialist roles, all contributing to the evolution of their employer brand.

Through this collaboration, I helped elevate their profile as the county's largest employer. This included directing impactful short films and orchestrating dynamic photoshoots across Devon, showcasing its beauty and the people who make it extraordinary.

At the heart of the creative was a celebration of the 4,000+ individuals who work at Devon County Council. The campaign highlighted the meaningful roles they play in shaping the community, emphasizing that everyone contributes to making Devon the special place they call home.

The extensive rollout spanned brand guidelines, films, toolkits, OOH advertising, social content, and more, a comprehensive approach to embedding the employer brand across every touchpoint.
