Rolls-Royce Motor Cars: Early Talent Campaign

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars approached us with the goal of attracting more women into the workplace. With an existing brand look and feel we had to focus more on the activations and reaching a larger audience. Our campaign messaging, photography and film content was used to create assets across a range of channels targeting a variety of audiences.

Alongside the usual assets to promote a campaign we realised there was potential for something much bigger, something that was exciting, interactive and would give a greater insight into the business. Our idea engaged the audience with an online experience tailored to each visitor. Putting the brilliant women at RRMC front and centre, we showcased them and their stories to challenge our audience’s perceptions. Through a stunning online gallery-like installation we told the stories of women at RRMC through empowering imagery, film and audio.

We provided the RRMC outreach team with a mobile set of materials that they could workshop with students to help them identify with personas that relate to roles at RRMC, for example, Artisans, Leaders, Inventors etc. Students were given gift items as leave behinds including badges/pins, tote bags and leaflets to take home to show parents.
